Love your channel, and while I understand benchmarks and all these cool graphs comparing models, I'm sure you can agree, nothing compares to real world use cases. I've been using ChatGPT Pro for two months now, and really enjoying the 03 model, and I spent almost a year using every model before that, and I can tell you definitively that 03 is a definite improvement, especially since I'm working on complex engineering and cryptographic protocol building. I can tell you with certainty that the last two days using 03 Pro, I have gotten results and deep dives that have been the most impressive I've ever seen. I am completely and absolutely blown away by the real world use of 03 Pro. This is, of course, in regards to complex cryptographic and computer science protocols, but for anyone reading this, that's my two cents.

For anyone who is wondering, the Plus account does give you the new full o1 model, however it is limited, exactly the same as it was before. This means with a Plus account you get 50 prompts a week for the o1 model (how do I know? it just told me while using the o1 model). I assume it's 50 prompts a day for the o1-mini. I am seriously considering dropping the $200 for the Pro account in order to remove 'prompt' anxiety, so I can use it without worrying about burning up my 50 hits a week. One suggestion would be to purchase an additional account, or even two, so $60 a month for 150 prompts a week, that might be more palatable. We'll see next week if they announce any more perks to using Pro. The 5% better is not worth the $180 upcharge.
I'm skeptical about the $200 monthly subscription, but the 01 model's features do seem impressive. Wonder what other features Open AI will release in the next 12 days.
I would pay $200 if I could use it as API and if the context window was very high.

I was just using the new o1 model, for coding, and at one point I wanted to show which control I was talking about, so I took a screenshot and uploaded it, since o1 now can take images… well it threw an error, I tried again maybe 5 times by hitting regenerate, kept showing an error. Then I tried breaking the thinking by clicking the stop button, which finally gave me back a prompt window to enter another question, did not matter what I said, after hitting return it continues to error. Basically o1 bricked my chat thread for the coding I was working on, I cannot figure out a way to have it snap out of it, I reloaded the page, tried just saying 'hello' for the prompt, same error. At least for right now, I give up. Maybe they will fix this soon, I hope.
