I tried all (cursor, claude dev, continue) using api with claude dev and continue dev is expensive because they uses codebase context in the chat normally. I pay $11 just yesterday. I used claude sonnet 3.5, gpt4o, gemini 1.5 pro with them. Cursor has advantages. at least it is $20 per month 👍
I registered and start to use as evaluation mode, but I get: 400 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"invalid_request_error","message":"Your credit balance is too low to access the Claude API. Please go to Plans & Billing to upgrade or purchase credits."}}. I didn't sent any request yet. if it can't evaluate, how come it call evaluation? I do see the video shows it can be used for something before funding. What is wrong?

Man this rate limit sucks. It’s building me some incredible stuff but then that rate limit hits me right in the middle of great flow.

Wow, I love Aider, but Claude Dev is really nice. the ability to execute commands and leverage the output is pretty awesome. Aider has similar functionality with /run but feels very different.
Does ClaudeDev have access to internet though?
We need open source, local run AI. These are all just behind pay walls. I have a very good graphics card that can run AI just fine.
Do you have the issue where it keeps removing code when you're trying to do a big amount of code? It says // Same code here or example and deletes a bunch of code.
Just updated, hoping it solves it, I added it in custom instructions not to do it, but it was still doing it earlier today, I just installed the new update from today.
