We need new Performance Evaluation methods. If they stay static, companies might Just train their Models to perform well in those Tasks, while Not beeing as General as possible

Microsoft AI hid it pretty well but the WizardLM-2 model is fine-tuned from Mixtral 8x22B not trained from scratch.
Most of the credit goes to MISTRAL, not so much to Microsoft.
