The problem with split agents is it's hard to fix when things go wrong. diagnose exactly where it went wrong you have to manually figure it out between multiple sessions, these things are basically making instruction manual or knowledge basis but if they get corrupted and they feed it to your main agent..

So, Antigravity is now Claude Cowork? This is quite confusing though, as now the old Antigravity turns into Antigravity IDE. They should have kept the old Antigravity for the IDE and launch a new product called maybe "Gemini Desktop" or "Gemini Partner", something like that, to signify its role as your desktop working partner. I thought Google might have better marketing team.
Antigravity CLI does NOT work at all: 1) out-of-box, failed to migrate any settings from Gemini – so I lost all my skills and MCP connections, 2) It keeps popping up(every a few prompts) `survey` asking how I feel about it, 3) it thinks for a long time until I cancelled it, the same prompt generates the correct answer within a few seconds. This will definitely consume much more tokens. 4) it prints out duplicated message all the time. I uninstalled it. If they retire Gemini CLI, I'll cancel my Pro Sub.
I can create 2 videos and max out the daily limit, in a Pro account. haha.
TBH, this is the worst release! Revert to IDE
Google did the equivalent of upgrading Claude code to a new Claude desktop and didn't tell users there was a new Claude code. Then made Haiku quotas the same as Opus. And removed the old version of Haiku so there is no inexpensive option for subagents.
The new Flash quota is LESS than the old Pro quota. Worse, family plans now share a quota across all 5 accounts. Bye AGY.

Such weird product decisions. They should have made the Gemini Desktop app a clone of Codex, made the Gemini CLI a clone of Claude Code, and the left AntiGravity as a Cursor competitor. Some people still need or want an IDE.
Flash 3.5 is not good. Good for vanilla secretaries that want to automate an itinerary…. But for serious folks that come to videos like this… Hell no.
