i mean you can frame it as a gimmick or you can see the issue at hand: models will get too powerful in more ways than just hacking. then how do you roll them out? glasswing is not the last initiative. it's just an escalation of the standard safety measures we've seen in the past. there will be lots more and longer internal phases to prepare the world. imagine you had superintelligence in the basement, the amount of work you would have to do before you roll it out to the world in order to not cause an apocalypse
