How do you handle memory if you want to run the same agent with different context, like a research agent and you have multiple users doing the same multi-instance research as well?
yes I do want the video speaking solely about memory. I think what it would be interesting to see is the ability for agents to learn from each other (without our intervention) and have awareness of what other agents are doing… in the case different agents are working on a similar piece or project at the same time.

Is the GSD framework still being updated? I was told there was some issue there, but have not validated it as much as an active user.
Has anyone else noticed the sudden reduction in limits, I just paid for another years subscription and last year I would hit the forced break maybe twice in a day, now instead of being told to go walk the dog or whatever for an hour or so Claude starts using your weekly allowance, srinkflation from both ends, it’s Monday and it just told me I have used 75% of my weekly allowance, the week rolls over on Friday… and there is absolutely no support with Anthropic.
Man I’ve spent countless hours on OpenClaw trying to get it to do more than just chat. Actual tasks and reliability require lots of customization, coding and still not that great unless using Claude. I like the idea of local agents, we’re not there yet.
Doesn’t matter Hermes and OpenClaw is dead … Codex 2.0 “computer use” allows crons (heartbeats) on all apps now and can be run from IOS remotely as it works 24/7. Attaching it to all “memory solutions” to which there are none cause it is context window based. Bottleneck
remains the model limitation. OpenAI is creating a one shop stop and it’s Amazing and very easy to set up. Further Codex is best token value right now.

I totally agree with you bro. When I installed OpenClaw, I looked at how it worked under the hood, without the proper context and your individual needs as foundation, they aren't as useful as you want them to be. You will end up choosing a new tool over and over again.

would love to understand the best options to store the four memory MD folders and if those options only work if you’re at your desktop or if they work if you’re on your mobile device also.
Currently using Notion to store deeper knowledge context which seems fine to fetch a ‘guide’ on that topic where needed but feeling like Notion or Clickup as a task and project coordination tool with teams is tougher for quick context and the evolution of those items as they progress to outcomes.
Thinking i need a hybrid approach where some set of markdown files are faster to access for certain types of context if there’s a perspective on a solid approach.

That is for one brand / business ( our own business ) Is it possible to create a template for starting a new client , that could be in a different niche each time and therefore require not only a new brand voice but a new skill set ?

Great video! There’s a major weakness in this setup: you rely on Claude code. You invest many hours setting it up and fine-tuning it, only to have Claude send you an email out of the blue, informing you that you’ve violated their terms of service and good luck getting back your account. For this reason even if Hermes and OpenClaw are not that great you do not have a single point of failure.
