3. You have to remember all step in n8n -> headache over time
4. With Claude Code, you only need to provide job to be done

Start being on the same page right now. I mean, having some Automation Flows "working" but with all the internet buzz around Agents and Agentic Workflow wandering why continuing to use Flows using like N8N or PowerAutomate tools start with Agents.
Some doubts about this approach.
For instance, I developed a flow that triggers all new emails in a specific inbox, then does a lot of AI categorization, understands context, etc, and connects to a Power BI dataset to understand the internal organization and who to distribute the email and create the new ISSUE/ticket. How do you deal with external sources? As they expose API Agents handle with? The "For each" new inbound email, how do we deal with it? Hearing the Agent solve issues on the way sounds like magic. How does that proper happens?

Ce que j'ai trouvé utile en pratique avec Claude Code : les subagents tournent chacun dans leur propre context window isolé, ce qui signifie que des recherches parallèles (documentation, analyse codebase, scraping) n'encombrent pas le contexte principal. La doc officielle confirme que le subagent Explore utilise Haiku (plus rapide, moins coûteux) pour la lecture seule, tandis que le general-purpose hérite du modèle parent pour les tâches complexes. Un point important : les subagents ne peuvent pas spawner d'autres subagents (pas d'imbrication possible), ce qui pousse à structurer les workflows de manière linéaire ou à utiliser les agent teams pour des besoins plus avancés. Pour les workflows n8n complexes que l'on construit avec Claude Code, cette isolation de contexte permet de faire analyser plusieurs modules en parallèle sans risque de pollution du contexte principal. Ocade Fusion applique exactement ce pattern pour structurer les builds multi-fichiers.

bro, u mixed two different use case in one , n8n workflow builder are for enterprise which will automate enterprise work which requires control and visibility . what your solution is for personal automation , automate your personal stuff . both co-exist for different use case . you seems like a newbie in industry . you need to understand how enterpise business work .
Great video but "Agentic Workflow" does not mean a workflow created and/or by agent.
Workflow has at least one Agentic AI in it. Also there are ways to prevent your n8n workflow spaghetti situation. I believe you know these already but not mentioning it for the narrative of the video.

The first problem (that spaghetti bullsh**) is not a problem, is a begginer problem. With code happens the same, after a time you wont remember what it does unless you attach some comments to it, the clasic hashtag (#).

If we “don’t build workflows” anymore, what guarantees consistency and repeatability in production systems?
This guy doesn't seem convinced by this approach or what he "builds". The surprises are marked with "Oh, ok…, great…" etc., and imagine his customers being surprised even more by the unpredictable results of these 'agentic workflows' which are just poorly made, vibe-coded apps.

Also your print works great, only thing i would request is its a little skimpy on the handoff data when it runs out of context and has to hand it to a new agent. Do u think u can update it to record its memory and intent and stuff a little bit better? Other than that, absolutely zero complaints, your structure works like absolute technological magic 👌🏽

I mean, a 20-minute video that can be condensed in 5: you've been repeating the same exact concept for the first 10 minutes, the demo part is flooded with pure waiting for Claude to respond, and the actual implementation is disgusting, you have no knowledge, you just steal content, and that explains it all.
So basically everyone is using AI to steal each other's content, repackage it and repost it. Cool. Seems really useful.
Brain rot. This is how the younger generation loses its ability to effectively plan, design, implement, troubleshoot and fix issues while improving their problem solving skills which is useful in all walks of life. Not to mention when you want to progress your career – yes even if self employed.
